Her passion for creating a positive work environment and her dedication to team development make her a valuable asset to the company. Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and hunting for treasures at antique shops.
Heather Gunn

Heather is a native North Carolinian and has been with Real Property Management since 2017 as Property Manager Director. She boasts more than 30 years of experience in the field of property management. She prides herself on conducting business with integrity and is proud to provide support and guidance to her team to maneuver difficult situations to a conclusion successfully. She enjoys her hobby farm, which includes chickens, horses, a turtle, and of course, cats and dogs.
Courtney Catanese
Leasing and Systems Manager
Courtney brings a background of construction project management and banking compliance to her role here as Leasing and Systems Manager. She strives to increase the efficiency of the team overall by ensuring all our systems are up to date and working together to the best of their ability. Outside the office, she enjoys sipping a cocktail with her husband or playing with their four cats.
Lynn DePolo
Assistant Property Manager
With over 30 years in nursing and 20 in management, Lynn brings compassion, professionalism, and leadership to property management. As a business owner for the past decade, she’s developed strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills that foster trusted relationships with clients and tenants.
After stepping away from nursing to care for a family member, Lynn helped launch a property management company, where her leadership and people skills quickly stood out. What began as helping family grew into a rewarding new career combining her management experience and passion for service.
She approaches every property with care, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
Cosett Cossio
Leasing Coordinator Leader
Cosett is the Leasing Coordinator at Real Property Management, where she has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in property management since 2020. Starting as an administrative assistant with a strong background in customer service, Cosett soon joined the applications team, taking on more responsibilities as her experience grew. Now, as part of her role in leasing, she also manages lease renewals, bringing a blend of expertise and dedication to her work. Outside the office, Cosett is a devoted mother who cherishes quality time with her family.
Darwin Salunga
Leasing Coordinator
Darwin Salunga is an experienced Applications and Leasing Coordinator, bringing over three years of expertise in application processing from a dynamic background in a transportation and ride-sharing technology company. Since joining the team in 2022, Darwin has played a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless application and move-in process, efficiently handling the data extraction necessary for lease expiration management and timely renewal offers. Known for his attention to detail and dedication, Darwin is committed to delivering a smooth and positive experience for tenants and prospects. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and diving into the latest video game releases.

Clint joined the Real Property Management Team in 2023 and serves as the Head of Accounting for the company. Clint has worked in the field of accounting for over sixteen years. Clint’s attention to detail, accurate reporting, and dependability are vital to the company’s overall financial success. He’s always willing to step in and assist where needed. In his free time, Clint enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He’s an avid UNC basketball fan and sports enthusiast.

Accounting Administrator
Will is a results-driven and dedicated Accounting and HR professional. With over seventeen years of experience in both operations and administrative roles in the hospitality industry, Will is a people-focused and detail-oriented leader. As part of the RPM team, Will brings a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the job. Outside of work, you’ll find Will spending time with his partner and two wild Boston Terriers, camping with friends, or taking care of his orchid collection.
Jane Torres
Accounting Assistant
Started in 2024 as an assistant in the Accounting Department, Jane has already proven herself to be a key contributor to the smooth and efficient operation of our accounting processes. She brings strong expertise in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and has played a crucial role in streamlining reporting and accounting workflows. Jane’s initiative and commitment to excellence have made a noticeable impact, helping to improve overall efficiency within the department. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys quality time with her family, showcasing her cooking talents, singing ability, and creativity through arts and crafts.

Accounting Assistant
In her role at Real Property Management, Sol is already making a meaningful impact, bringing her dedication and eagerness to learn to the team every day. She’s quickly become proficient in managing utility on/off connections for properties, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Sol is excited to continue growing within the company and contribute even more value to the team’s success. With experience as a phone assistant, Larry has been pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient communication support. Outside of work, when she’s not busy with her mom duties, Joyce enjoys getting creative with arts and crafts, as well as putting together beautiful flower arrangements.

Harleigh is a soon-to-be graduate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing. With over 5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a variety of clients and companies, she brings passion and creativity to everything she does. Brent is the Business Development Director and also serves as the broker for the Winston-Salem office. With over 15 years of property management and investment property real estate experience, Brent has been a leader with Real Property Management of the Triad for well over a decade. Brent is a former engineer with experience in manufacturing and process improvement, which lends a unique skill set to the residential property management industry. Outside of work, Brent enjoys leisure time with his wife and four children either at Oak Island or in the mountains of North Carolina.
